Ernie Estopare Jr. President Ernie's 25 years of leadership and management of placing executives and senior level specialists across Financial, Health Care and Technology sectors has resulted in Eastman's continued success to this day. A belief in projecting professionalism, first founded by the generation he witnessed and eventually overtook, is his main priority encompassing all details of each transaction. Eugene Martin Utilizing his JD as well as his business and naval experiences, Gene will focus on the Legal, Government, Regulatory, Compliance, Corporate Strategy and Consulting sectors. Prior to his current role, Mr. Martin spearheaded international logistics and business development in the Middle East and Africa as Chief Executive Officer for H9 Logistics and Consulting, a Dubai Untied Arab Emirates firm. A 1989 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Mr. Martin retired from the military in 2015 as the Naval Attaché at the United States Embassy in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. An accredited U.S. diplomat during this period, he advised the US Ambassador, US Central Command, and Senior Defense Officials in matters of national security and served as the Liaison Officer to the United Arab Emirates Armed forces. His Naval service included sea tours as Division Officer aboard USS JOSEPHUS DANIELS (CG 27), Assistant First Lieutenant aboard USS ENTERPRISE (CVN 65), Combat Systems Officer aboard USS SAMUEL B ROBERTS (FFG 58), Executive Officer aboard USS WARRIOR (MCM 10), and Chief Staff Officer in Commander Maritime Prepositioning Squadron Two (COMPSRON TWO). Shore assignments included Chief of Jeddah Detachment in United States Military Training Mission to Saudi Arabia; UN Peacekeeper and Military Observer in United Nations Iraq-Kuwait Observation Mission; Country Desk Officer for Yemen and Saudi Arabia in United States Central Command; and Deputy Chief of Current Operations in United States Southern Command. Mr. Martin holds a Juris Doctorate from the Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge Louisiana. Additional post graduate education includes Masters of Business Administration, Masters of Military Arts and Sciences (Air Command and Staff College), and Joint Professional Military Education Phase I. A graduate fellow, Mr. Martin completed the National Council on U.S. – Arab Relations Joseph J. Malone Fellowship in 2001 in Saudi Arabia. Mr. Martin’s military awards include the Defense Meritorious Service Medal (2 awards), the Meritorious Service Medal, the Joint Service Commendation Medal (3 awards), the Navy Commendation Medal (4 awards), the Joint Service Achievement Medal, the Joint Meritorious Unit Award (4 awards) and various campaign and unit decorations.
Claude Allen Claude will utilize his talents by focusing on the Healthcare, Legal, Government, Compliance, and Regulatory, sectors. After graduating from Duke University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate and an LLM, specializing in International & Comparative Law, and working as a law clerk for the Honorable David B. Sentelle, US Court of Appeals, Washington, DC. Claude joined Baker & Botts, LLP as an Associate in 1991. He launched his career in public service when he became Counsel to the Virginia Attorney General in 1995. Claude rose to become the Deputy Attorney General for Civil Litigation within the Office of the VA. Attorney General, and served there until 1998. Claude was then appointed as the Secretary for Health & Human Resources for Commonwealth of VA and served in that capacity until 2001, when he was chosen to serve as the Deputy Secretary for Health & Human Services under the Bush administration. He managed a $539B budget, 60,000 employees, and 300+ programs providing services to Americans in need. In 2005, Claude was appointed as Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy and served in that capacity until 2006, when he made the decision to move back into the private sector as Senior Vice President for The Gerard Health Foundation in Natick, MA. Claude brings a vast wealth of experience, capacity, and understanding of US Domestic and Foreign Policy.
Greg Estopare Greg brings tremendous hands-on expertise to Eastman with over 25 years experience in the retained executive search industry specializing in health care, business, engineering and technology. His corporate clients have included Fortune 500 organizations in diverse industries of engineering, technology, logistics, healthcare and financial services. Some of his clients have included Motorola, Tellabs, American Airlines, Federal Express, and many of the largest healthcare/pharmaceutical organizations. Greg is an American History enthusiast and has traveled the country visiting such historical sites. This respect for history combined with a positive vision of the future has provided him the insight necessary to quickly access the needs of corporate clients and the talents of senior executives resulting in positive outcomes. Greg has more than 25 years of financial market experience working for several large banks such as Citibank, Bank One, First Chicago (Now JP Morgan). His focus over his career has included roles in equity derivatives, sales and trading, portfolio management and alternative investments. Greg's clients ranged from the Fortune 500 and middle market companies to High-Net Worth individuals and family offices. He's managed portfolios ranging from pensions, private wealth, F&E, and trusts. Greg's philosophy of understanding a client's objective from the beginning and always putting their concerns ahead of the institution has earned him the trust and loyalty of clients.
